Dr. Jessica Barlow is a professor at San Diego State University (SDSU), and she is the executive director of the SDSU Center for Regional Sustainability. Barlow founded and directs the Sage Project, which partners with local governmental and community organizations in the greater San Diego-Tijuana region via replication of the EPIC Model. Barlow is a founding board member and currently serves as the Vice President of the EPIC Network. Susan Gallagher is the Education and Workforce Program Manager at the Western Transportation Institute, a transportation research center at Montana State University. Her professional roles include promoting student research involvement and experiential learning opportunities; overseeing workforce development and continuing education initiatives for the Center; and K-12 outreach. She is also the Director of the West Region Transportation Workforce Center, a resource center serving a ten-state regional network of transportation organizations, workforce advocates, and educational institutions to communicate best practices, catalyze new strategic partnerships, and leverage resources to enhance the transportation workforce at all levels.
