Centred Outdoors is an 11-week program designed to get individuals and families to spend time outdoors in Centre County at 9 different sites. Students in RPTM 433W will assess the designated routes at each of the 9 sites for their health benefits in terms of steps walked, distance, calories burned, difficulty rating, accessibility, etc. Students will determine the content needed and propose the design for a video that will play on a continuous loop in the center.
