Home OwnersThis report focuses on preparing a comprehensive and context appropriate set of guidelines to advance the development of affordable/workforce housing in small towns and villages located in Dane County. The paper reflects the lessons learned from the previous two projects and the compilation of research we have conducted throughout the semester. Recommendations are feasible and applicable, but are also innovative to inspire small towns and villages to develop a plan for affordable/workforce housing in their communities.
