A team of undergraduate computer science students participating in BU Spark! will build a real-time, online dashboard
visualizing information about Chelsea’s city services and priority budget impact areas. This scorecard project will be
similar to the Mayor’s Dashboard in Boston City Hall. The City of Chelsea will use this new tool to instantly access
information about city operations and spending across departments.
