As part of their Senior Design Capstone course, Civil & Environmental Engineering students will create designs for development of a new residential neighborhood in Bellevue.
The City of Bellevue is requesting the design of a residential neighborhood that includes on and off site utility location and size, site layout and design, spec housing units, interior road design and access management to existing roadways, and cost estimate. The project will be coordinated with a regional stormwater management project being designed by another group in the class.
