San Diego Student Designs (SDSD) is pleased to provide professional engineering services to the City of La Mesa for the design and construction of High Street Crossing. Two alternatives were generated and evaluated based on practical, social, and environmental aspects to satisfy project objectives. The first alternative is at grade roadway, and the second alternative is the overpass. At grade roadway was chosen as the final design, and this document presents all the design work for it.
