Voluntary contributions from member programs, partners, and supporters help ensure that EPIC-N can continue to provide and expand these valuable services. Contributions can be made online, following the CONTRIBUTE button on the website’s landing page, or by sending a check or money order made out to EPIC-N, PO Box 44069, Madison, WI 53744-4069, USA.
For individuals and programs, we developed a sliding scale membership contribution. We recommend the following contributions if you meet one of the following criteria in a given category.
INDIVIDUALS: 1-year Membership, Any amount (suggested: $100-250)
• If you are an individual at your institution interested in the EPIC model but may not be ready to adopt it fully
• If you are a member of a partner organization (whose mission aligns with EPIC-N) who wants to be in touch with EPIC member institutions
DEVELOPING: 1-year Membership $500
• If your program’s annual budget is below $100K*
• If your program receives no grant/gift funding annually
• If your program receives very limited (less than 25%) institutional funding
• If your program is not able to financially support staff or community partners to attend professional conferences
• If your program either does not have a community partner for the coming academic year or, if you do, that community partner cannot pay your program for its services
OPERATIONAL: 1-year Membership $1000
• If your program’s annual budget is $100-200,000k*
• If your program receives less than $100,000 of grant/gift funding annually
• If your program can offer partial financial support to staff and/or community partners to attend professional conferences
• If your program receives 25-50% of your funding from your host institution or from an external grant
• If your program has at least 1 paying community partner for the coming academic year
THRIVING: 1-year Membership $2,000
• If your department’s annual budget is above $200,000*
• If your program receives more than $100,000 of grant/gift funding annually
• If your program can regularly pay for staff and community partners to attend professional
conferences
• If your program receives over 50% of your funding from your host institution or from an external grant
• If your program has more than 1 paying community partner for the coming academic year
CHAMPION: 1-year Membership $5,000
• If your program meets all the criteria for THRIVING above but do have money to help subsidize the network
If you do not have the administrative apparatus to make a contribution, EPIC-N staff can provide you with an invoice. Contact EPIC-N staff (info@epicn.org) if this is the case.
